Tatnuck Country Club

Madigan first worked at Tatnuck Country Club in the early 2000’s, adding an addition and creating a new bar and dining area.  In the winter of 2021, Tatnuck brought Madigan in as a construction manager to help finalize design and perform construction at their main clubhouse to meet budget and open in time for the bust spring golf season.  The goal was to modernize the clubhouse to make it more appealing to current and potential future members.  We worked closely with club members to choose the best options that balanced time, schedule, and cost. 

The most transformational work occurred at the bar area, where we completely gutted existing finishes and created a large opening in a load bearing wall with an LVL to allow the bar seating in both the bar dining and great rooms.  The bar was a custom design and allows seating for up to 20 people.  The rest of the space received new flooring, wall finishes, painting, and lighting.  High end finishes were installed throughout, and the project does a great job of bringing a modern touch to a classic building.
