Requirements: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain earned time accruals (PTO) and attendance records to ensure accuracy for all employees.
- Import and enter invoices and subcontractor applications.
- Generate weekly reports for Management.
- Prepare weekly checks and maintain AP database.
- Enter contracts, change orders, and budgets into the accounting system.

The responsibilities include the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of all elements of the preconstruction phase of projects. Estimating, budgeting, working with clients and design teams to provide best project value, coordinating and attending presentations and interviews with prospective clients. This individual is responsible for assembling and/or reviewing detailed estimates and proposals, including maintaining and building relationships with trade partners.
Requirements: - College degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years previous estimating, preconstruction, project management, project supervision, or equivalent combination of experience.
- Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices.
- Must be proficient in estimating software, Bluebeam, Procore project management software and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products.
- Deadline driven with strong time management skills and superior attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and sustain relationships with clients, owners, designers, and trade partners.
Duties Include:
- Review drawings, specifications and all other construction documents for construction related problems, completeness of information, and potential risks involved in the project.
- Complete all required estimating duties for Design-Build Proposals, Lump Sum Proposals, Construction Management proposals, and Conceptual Estimates.
- Participate in the development of the construction schedule, staffing requirements, logistics plans, construction materials and methods, risk assessments, and cost estimates for the project team and clients during the preconstruction phase.
- Participate in the value engineering process on projects.
- Attend project interviews and presentations as required.
- Conduct preconstruction project meetings with clients, design teams, and Madigan project teams.
- Assist with evaluating and analyzing trade partner proposals in preparation of subcontracts.
