Magna Hospitality Group

After a select-list bidding process, Magna Hospitality Group engaged Madigan to perform a complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing hotel property that they had purchased in Waltham, MA.  The six-story hotel included a full-service restaurant, indoor pool, function rooms and a ballroom.  Challenges included exterior EIFS construction during cold weather months, and a host of unforeseen conditions that surfaced during the demolition phase.  The opening date was not compromised, and work was performed seven days a week to bring the project to completion in time for the grand reopening.

As a result of the success of the Waltham, MA project, Magna negotiated several other projects with Madigan.  The next project was a renovation of another Hilton Garden Inn in Ft. Washington, PA.  This property also contained six floors, and the same amenities as the Waltham project.  Madigan assembled a team of locally based subcontractors to complete the work for Magna, delivering a beautiful addition to their hotel portfolio.

The Hampton Inn Revere, MA project was a major renovation project encompassing the entire exterior of the seven-story facility, as well as an interior renovation of the public first floor areas. Most recently, Magna brought us in to completely renovate all the suites and guestrooms at their Residence Inn property in Andover, MA.  New guest kitchenettes were the primary element of work on this project.
