99 Restaurants

Madigan partnered with the Doe family, then owners of the Ninety Nine Restaurant chain, to construct or renovate over fifty projects during the chain’s period of rapid growth.  During this time, we had multiple projects under construction concurrently.  Our ability to fast-track project completion kept the client coming back to us. Once a grand opening date was set, the date couldn’t be missed. Our track record for on-time completion, even under the most difficult circumstances, was a testament to our team’s dedication to client satisfaction. We assembled a subcontractor team who were all committed to bringing projects in with the level of quality expected by the brand, and most importantly, the ability to work together to complete projects on or ahead of schedule.

Most of the Ninety Nine projects, although not “cookie cutter”, were similarly designed utilizing a wood frame system. Our crews went from project to project at a pace that earned us the accolades of the owners of the restaurant chain and their construction and real estate departments.  Once the restaurant chain totaled just over 100 properties, it was sold by the Doe family to a large national brand.  The partnership and success that we achieved during our experience with the Ninety Nine remains one of our proudest achievements in construction execution and more importantly, customer satisfaction.
