Central One Federal Credit Union Member Support Center

Central One Federal Credit Union is a valued repeat client, and Madigan was excited to be selected to act as the general contractor for their new member support center.  This 3-story ground up office building contains open-concept office areas, several conference rooms, a training room, and break-areas for employees.  While the interior of the building posed challenges typical of a project of its size, the real obstacles were outside of the building, on the long, narrow jobsite.  Our project team successfully navigated this tight, steep site by re-grading and installing a large retaining wall to allow for increased parking and improved access to the building, all while working with neighbors to ensure a positive relationship in the future for the client.
