Wagner Kia

Wagner Motors, a repeat client, selected Madigan to be their construction manager for a new Kia automobile dealership. Having successfully performed for Wagner in the past, the Madigan team worked well once again with the architect and engineering team on a very tight and topographically difficult site. A freight elevator was included in the project which led to an upper level footbridge to connect to an adjacent vehicle service building, also being constructed by Madigan.

With significant experience constructing automobile dealerships, Madigan was able to coordinate with ownership to complete the construction with no effect on adjacent dealerships’ ongoing business activity. New utilities were brought onto the site from Route 9, and a new entrance/exit onto the busy state highway was constructed.
