Madigan completed a comprehensive 9,000 sf construction project to revitalize a well-established Jeep and Dodge dealership, while ensuring uninterrupted service to valued customers throughout the renovation process.
This transformational venture aimed to breathe new life into the dealership, encompassing a complete overhaul of its physical infrastructure, including modernized showrooms, enhanced customer lounge, state-of-the-art service bays, and updated exterior facade to reflect current Jeep/Dodge Standards of design. Additionally, the design incorporated electronic self-tinting glass into the curtain-walls which eliminated the need for installing and maintaining motorized shades.
After construction was underway on Jeep Showroom a complete renovation of the Dodge side was added to the project scope to tie everything together.
Careful planning and meticulous execution were key as the construction team strategically coordinated construction phases. Regular meetings with the dealership management, and coordinating insulated temporary partitions and alternate entryways, allowed customers to continue their car-buying journey with minimal disruption.
After the completion of three phases and 18 months of interior and exterior work, the completed renovation project promises to deliver an enhanced dealership experience without compromising on exceptional service and support.
