Stoddard Lecture Hall

The Smith College Stoddard Lecture Hall Renovations were a full-scale renovation to the interior and exterior of the lecture hall with an extremely tight schedule.  The existing 1950s-era lecture hall was renovated to a state-of-the-art lecture hall with a very extensive finish carpentry package, mostly including wooden sound attenuation panels and hanging ceiling sound "clouds".  Renovations to the interior included bringing the building to ADA compliance with the installation of a wheelchair lift and ramps, re-framed and sound deadening seating area, all new finishes, renovated bathrooms, The exterior included replacements of the very large windows and re-pointing of the brick where needed (approximately 60%).
