Madigan has performed numerous renovations at the Saint John’s Campus in Shrewsbury MA.  Ranging from small single classroom renovations to significant sitework projects, we have supported the school’s efforts to upgrade its facilities.  In 2008 we renovated Conal Hall, the main building on campus, upgrading its main entrance as well as its classrooms.  Interior renovations include a later renovation in Conal hall to transform a classroom into the Gregory Academic Center, which is a space where students can receive academic support before, during and after school.  Another renovation involved the creation of the Saint John’s Robotics Lab Makerspace.  We also renovated and combined several classrooms in the basement of Ryken Hall to a makerspace for the schools engineering and science program.

Other significant projects are related to the athletic facilities at the school.  Madigan built the new baseball stadium which included new sidewalks, stadium seating, dugouts, new turf field and infield with irrigation, and fencing.  We also renovated the existing parking lot building new asphalt parking spots, adding a significant amount of gravel parking areas, adding site lighting, and installing a significant amount of underground utilities to prep for future expansion in this area.
